In the rule “Tier 2: Post Singularity Consciousness”, add a subrule called “Mind Meld” with this text:

If a Mindjacker has not done so since the last time that their Level changed, they may perform the Mind Meld action by making an uncategorized blog post whose contents contain the phrase “I am Mind Melding at Level X”, where “X” is the current Level of the author of the post at the time the blog post was made. If this blog post meets the criteria for a Mind Meld action, the Ascendent must perform these steps at their earliest convenience as an atomic action:
* Choose an Avatar whose occupancy Tier is equal to the Level of the Mindjacker who made the blog post.
* * If there are no such Avatars, create one that fits this criteria and choose it for this atomic action, but if the maximum number of Avatars has already been reached, instead privately send the message “No response” to the Mindjacker who made the blog post, skip all remaining steps, and consider this atomic action completed.
* If all the words from the Symbol Name are in the Chosen Words for this Avatar, set the Chosen Words for this Avatar to empty.
* Choose one word from the Symbol Name of this Avatar that is not in the Chosen Words for this Avatar.
* Privately send this word to the Mindjacker who made the blog post.
* Add this word to the Chosen Words for this Avatar.
