Proposal: Memento Mori

To “Creatures”, add a paragraph:-

If (and only if) a Creature has a Health of zero or below, then that creature is Dead.

In “Attacking”, replace “An Orc (The Attacker) may Attack a Creature” with:-

An Orc (The Attacker) may Attack a non-Dead Creature

“Dead” is a concept that’s used by the “Attacking” rule, but which is undefined. Also, it probably doesn’t make any sense to attack Dead Creatures.
