If the Proposal named “A New Era” fails, this Proposal does nothing.
Create a new Dynastic rule called “Beyond Physics”, reading as follows:
Some Players are Rules. The Players that are not Rules have three Parts: the Appetive, the Rational and the Spirited.
Players start as not Rules.
Something meta enough to get started with.
I fear that this will lead to a bunch of boring scams, based on players getting themselves added to the ruleset somehow and then forcing all players to obey them.
But nobody is a rule, and not all rules are in the ruleset. I thought this could be interesting
I do like the idea of playing as rules, but I don’t like the scams. Make everyone a “Law” instead.

BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
