Change the definition of “Gamestate” in the Glossary to:

Any information which the Ruleset regulates the alteration of.  All GNDT columns that the Dynastic Rules explicitly mention are assumed to be Gamestate, as are all Wiki Pages that the Dynastic Rules explicitly mention except for dynastic histories and discussion pages.

Such that, in the future, any rules that affect all or old wiki pages, or whatever,

Don’t make Dynastic history pages, nor Discussion pages, gamestate.

Because then they’re a pain to edit, when their very nature is supposed to be freely editable to log accounts and discussions, respectively.

This wouldn’t make it impossible for a Dynastic rule to lock down history pages; it’d just keep the locking down from happening automatically when a Dynastic Rule references a history page.
