If the Proposal titled “Themestuff” failed, this Proposal does nothing.
Add a new subrule called “Metawatcher” to “First Metadynasty of Rodlen” which reads: DEFERENTIAL votes for a proposal are counted as explicit votes of abstention until and/or unless the Watcher has voted for this proposal.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
The game has been running since 2003 and resets every month or so. Have a look around the wiki for more information and history. New players are always welcome and can join in the game at any time.

Is this clear enough? I’m not sure if the conflicts between metadynasties, and I think I screwed the phrasing up. I think I need a line stating the votes count for whatever he votes for. (Which would be assumed if this were not a metadynasty…).
