Proposal: [MIC] Verbosity

WHEREAS, the citizens of MIC are exhorted to produce more proposals for the glory of the revolution;
WHEREAS, this propsal is a means to that end;

BE IT RESOLVED, that the MIC ruleset be amended so as to add a rule as follows:
The maximum number of active Proposals that a MIC citizen may have that would affect the MIC ruleset or gamestate shall be THREE, and proposals that would not change the MIC ruleset or MIC gamestate shall not be counted toward this limit.

I notice a large lack of a rule name.

I also notice that that rule would create a conflict with the core rules, as a proposal could both be illegal and legal at the same time.

yeah, you’d need to create a new rule that specified that it was an exception to the core rules.

I’d rather say 2 proposal limit but those that don’t modify the rules don’t count.
