Add an Impulse entitled “Hello” to the ruleset, with the following text:
X is a silly fellow
except replace X with the name of the Voice who made this proposal
It would still be kinda cool if it didn’t pass and this did, making my next proposal actually say “cookie!’
If Conundrum does pass, and Purplebeard has voted against this, I think that it will just count as an against vote instead of a self kill.
If Conundrum passes, this still can be self failed, since Proposals has no lasting effects in the gamestate (unless they alter the ruleset, of course).
Rest assured, I won’t try to self-kill this anyway. Being silly is a GOOD thing in this dynasty…

Hey, why not? Silliness may help clean up the ruleset a bit.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
The game has been running since 2003 and resets every month or so. Have a look around the wiki for more information and history. New players are always welcome and can join in the game at any time.
