Add the following as a subrule to the rule Tier 6: The Wall, called Spectrographers:

Each Avatar whose Home Tier is 6 or higher is also a Spectrographer. Spectrographers are residents of higher tiers of reality who are aware that intelligences from lower Tiers are using Mindjacking to attempt to ascend to the true reality, and who are trying to prevent them from succeeding.

Whenever a Mindjacker carries out any Existential Action they must work out that Action’s Disruptiveness. Its Disruptiveness is defined as followed: the Potency of that Action, plus the acting Mindjacker’s Suspicion, multiplied by two if it was performed twice due to being Forkable. Whenever a Mindjacker performs an Action that generates a Disruptiveness score they must make a post describing that action and detailing its Disruptiveness score; if a Mindjacker makes multiple such actions in a single day then they can amalgamate those updates into a single post.

In the rule Avatar Activity, rewrite the last bullet point as follows:

* For each Action that has been carried out with a Disruption score that has not been Examined, Examine it, where ‘Examining’ entails checking whether there is an Spectographer whose Occupancy Tier is the same Tier as the Level of the Mindjacker who carried out the Action and, if there is, rolling DICE20 and assessing whether the result is lower than the Action’s Disruption Score; if it is then the action is Detected.
* Make a story post with a title of Activity Report: x, where x is the Occupancy Tier of the Careless Mover, and which contains the randomised list of words, along with the Star Sign of the Careless Mover; also include any Detected Actions that were Examined as part of the production of this Report.
