If the Proposal titled “The Score” failed, this Proposal does nothing.

In the Rule “The Score”:

Replace the phrase

e must have Consant harmony.

with

e must have Consonant harmony.

Replace the phrase

After the this rule has been enacted

with

After this rule has been enacted

Capitalize all instances of the phrase “mastered the score”, i.e., ‘mastered the score’ becomes ‘Mastered the Score’. Also capitalize all instances of the word ‘conductor’, and the word ‘instrument’.

Your two replacements could be done under the last sentence of R1.1 and I’m not convinced the capitalisation is required.
