Minor updates to Alethioscript

I made a few minor corrections to alethioscript to fix it to match the current core rules.
* It now counts implicit FORs on all Votable Matters, not just Proposals.
* It ignores emoticons which are not legal votes (including ARROWs and VETOs made by non-emperor players).
* It doesn’t count VETOs or s/k’s on Votable Matters which are not Proposals.
* It treats author DEFs like other DEFs and s/k’s with an author DEF and an imperial AGAINST.

I also added the ability to change the color of the “new comments” links, per request from Ienpw_III.
Anyway, I uploaded it to http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/83555 if anyone wants to try it out.

Ien: Incorrect capitalization. You mean BlogNomicscript. I prefer to just use the name of whoever made the current script, rather than everyone else; thus “copproscript”.
