Add the following sentence to the end of the rule “Alan”:
Options, BCC Shares and Vested Value may not be transferred to and from Alan.
In the rule “Blackwork Construction Co”, change “As a Weekday Action, an Employee may spend 25,000 Vested Value” to:
As a Weekday Action, an Employee may spend 25,000,000,000 Vested Value
In the rule “Blackwork Construction Co”, change “When 100 or more total Shares in BCC are owned by Employees” to:
When 175 or more total Shares in BCC are owned by Employees
The comapny budget is at a billion dollars right now, it’s probably time to stop
