Proposal: Monkeys in the barrel

Create a new Dynastic Rule “Status” which reads:

Each Monkey has a Status tracked in the GDNT which is either In Line, or In the Barrel.  The default status for a monkey is In Line.  Any monkey which has the status of In the Barrel is removed from the monkey line, and cannot be added to it again until such time as their status is In Line, at which point they are added to the end of the line.

I’ve been away for awhile, so I’m sure this isn’t that great, consider it a rough draft/interest check, and lemme know what you think :)

I like the barrel of monkeys idea, but I would prefer all the monkeys to stay in the line and the barrel to work somehow differently. Still, the barrel might make things interesting, now that I think about it. *holds vote*

Maybe the barrels can launch monkeys like in Donkey Kong Country.

for just because a barrel of monkeys is a necessity in a monkey dynasty.  Although I agree that I’d like to see the barrel used for something.

Yeah, the barrel needs to be defined. Right now, even if you are ‘in the barrel’ you are still in the monkey line.

I am thinking that, as the monkey line is your standard list/array the barrel should function as a stack(only the monkey on the top of the barrel can exit the barrel). We can also later add a monkey tree that is well, a tree. Data structures ftw!

Actually, as it stands now, if you’re in the barrel, you’re not in the line…the rule clearly states tahat :P
