In Rule 2.2.3 Punchlines, change the text
A Punchline can only be added to a Scene if the Body Count of that Scene is 1.
to
A Punchline can only be added to a Scene if the Body Count of that Scene is less than 4.
We haven’t had Punchlines because the criteria for them is too strict. This way, we can start actually including them in Scenes.
I assume it’s from the tradition of the hero delivering a witty put-down after executing a single, significant bad guy.
Kevan is right. But yes, if they are not seeing much use, I agree with this proposal 
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
The game has been running since 2003 and resets every month or so. Have a look around the wiki for more information and history. New players are always welcome and can join in the game at any time.
