Proposal: More Metadynasty Rules

Add the following to the end of core rule 1.8.1 Metadynasties:
If the Dragonmaster ever goes idle, a metadynasty begins.

So what if we’re having a excellent, high-activity Dynasty but no one notices the Emperor hasn’t posted in a while. Someone idles him and the Dynasty just ends like that?
Maybe that’s not so likely to happen, but I recall multiple instances of Emperors having to idle for reasons in beyond their control. We shouldn’t force people to remain active even if their personal life goes sour, under penalty of nuking the game.
If we ever need a new Emperor, we should just deal with it at the time and either elect a new one or just declare it a meta-dynasty without ending it.
I’m sure there are better ways to transition than the rules doing it by default.
