Change the fourth paragraph of subrule production to read:

Each territory has a Maximum Beauty number, which shall be displayed in its World’s listing. Homelands are created with a Maximum Beauty of 24, other territories with a Maximum Beauty of 20. If the country controlling a territory has hippies as its race, the maximum beauty of that territory shall be increased by 2 until that country does not control the territory anymore, or until the race of that country changes, whichever comes first (after which it shall be reduced by 2).

When calculating the results of an attack method, if the attacker’s race is Genetically enhanced metal-eating dinosaurs with shotguns, the effective size of the attacking presence is multiplied by 1.35 and rounded up. If the attacker’s race is Hippies, the effective size of the attacking presence is multiplied by 0.75 and rounded up for those calculations.

Add to rule War:

A country whose race is Hippies may not post declarations of war. Whenever peace negotiations posted by a country whose race is hippies lead to the end of a war, if at least 48 hours have passed since the last time that country received a reward for it, eir stock of Natural beauty shall be increased by 15.
