Add the following as subrules to the rule entitled “Modules”:

“Teleportation Grid”:

* Size: 20
* Assembly Instructions: A Captain must spend 2 Gold and 1 Tritanium to install this Module. Cost of Assemblage: 2 Aluminum.
* Effect: When you cause another Captain’s Class to be set to “-” as the result of a Raid, a Commander is created under your control that has the Class, Specs, Resources and Modules of that Captain immediately prior to the Raid,  excluding any Resources that were transferred as a result of the Raid. The new Commander may be added to the GNDT by any admin.

“Slipstream Generator”:

* Size: 1
* Assembly Instructions: A Captain whose Class is Scout may spend 2 Silver and 1 Dilithium to install this Module.
* Effect: Whenever you Jump, you may cause any members of your Fleet that shared your Position prior to this action to Jump along with you and end in the same Position as you.

against I think the teleportation grid is overpowered. For just 2 gold, 1 tritanium and 2 aluminum, I could keep getting free additional ships and including whatever resources the captain happens to have. I’m okay with the general idea, but there needs to be more balance - either there should be a limit to the number of times this power can be used, or that there is a cost pre-attack that one has to pay to have the chance, etc. But, as it stands, it seems to me that passing this is a really bad idea.

veto Because the hold is the main cost, and Space Stations have massive holds and firepower. If someone happens to stop at a Sector containing one, the Station could install the module, destroy them, and have a lackey to flit about for them. Even beyond that, this could be game-breaking for a Freighter who catches a scout, parks at Endor, and has them flit to Bellatrix and back.
