Change the Noble Tavros Nitram’s name to Tavros.
If the player controlling the Noble Tavros has had a second account which they are currently unable to access, it is affirmed that they do not have control over this second account.
Afaict, Tavros Nitram hasn’t been active in five years, so this should be sufficient.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
