If Excalabur is the Hegemonist, rewrite rule Victory Condition so it reads:
If the Hegemonist is a Government in Exile, and a Country has controlled Excalabur Homeland during the last 48 hours, that Country has achieved the victory conditions for this Dynasty.
If Excalabur is the Hegemonist, make all Homelands (excepting eirs) adjacent to eirs.
It would be a shame to end this dynasty so suddenly. Excalabur, I implore you to defend your new title in Chronos’s honour. Of course, you’re free to pursue a new theme by means of a proposal, so I’m just offering an alternative here.
it doesn’t matter to me whether CP homeland or excalabur’s is the prize.
CP Home feels like a better target

I gain control of Chronos’ Homeland when e (he) goes idle, so there’s not really any need to do this.
75th Homeland and SC homeland, otoh, will be uncontrolled all of a sudden.
