Next Dynasty
Probably won’t get an AA out for another 24 hours at least, I’m afraid. Sorry for the delay. If anyone wants to suggest / speculate about interesting mechanics for the next round, please do go ahead.

2nd to that. I think faction dynasties are best played after a 5 to 10 dynasty gap from the last.
I’d like to see a dynasty anchored in the real world some time, something where players actually have to go out and do things - perhaps taking photos of scavenger hunt targets, with a little totem in shot to prove that it’s an original photo.
The excellent Dixit-meets-Cluedo boardgame Mysterium might also be a good thematic and mechanical fit for BlogNomic, with the Emperor being a ghost only able to communicate through a pool of oblique images and the Players trying to divine the meaning behind them.
That would be cool. Perhaps something where villagers have various tasks to prep for potential war in the future such as swordsmithing or training.
@Kevan, that would be an interesting use of Story Posts. Perhaps there should be a rule that the Emperor can not have Flavor text on their Proposals and can’t make extraneous posts (such as posts without a Category or arbitrary Story Posts) but instead can make Story posts with images from Google Images on them. lol that would actually be so great. Do you want to Propose it or should I?
Actually, I’ll be brave and run it out there, no matter if it get’s voted down.

I was actually struggling to think of a dynasty idea that wasn’t too similar to this one. Most of the mechanics ended up pretty much in the middle of where BlogNomic dynasties normally do.
Perhaps for everyone’s sanity, it’d be best to have one where only limited amounts of cooperation between players are possible, and factions don’t exist.
