Remove the text “(Placeholder wikipage)” from the Research Facility Network wiki page
Lemon made an honest mistake of creating the Research Facility Network page prior to her AA, but now its gamestate so the “(Placeholder wikipage)” can’t be removed.
It however occurred to me that an emperor could use this for more nefarious purposes to say, the gamestate tracking page override other rules. Or they could just call their tracking page “Ruleset 200” and cause eventual problems for us down the road. Simply being “come up with a new name” feels like the best approach to ensure wiki history is properly preserved.
