Create a new rule, “No Survivors”:
If at any time, there exist no Living Survivors, the End has Come. When the End has Come, repeal all dynastic rules, fail all pending proposals, and start a new dynasty (known as a metadynasty) with no Leader.
*sigh* There are a few reasons that this is a bad idea.
1. Since “Living” is undefined in the Ruleset, it can mean lots of things, which is dangerous in a victory condition. For example, an argument can be made that none of the Survivors are “Living,” because they are all computer identities controlled by outsiders, and have no free will of their own.
2. Also, an early victory condition is just generally bad and more likely to make a Dynasty end soon.
Qwaz: ...“If a Survivor’s status is Healthy or Wounded, that survivor is said to be Living.”

BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
