Proposal: No More Imperial Immediacy

Can’t enact and fails 1-6 -Larrytheturtle

Enact a new Rule, “Homes” as a Subrule to “Land”, containing the following:

A Noble may, as a Daily Action, spend one Knight and an Unoccupied Parcel to gain one Occupied Parcel.

This work?

imperial I’m not opposed to this, but I think that the mechanic shouldn’t be simply paying a Knight to make an unoccupied parcel occupied, as this simply translates to paying 2 wealth to do this.
One idea:
You get to keep the knight, but it has to stay on the parcel to keep it occupied. Thus, basically you move the knight to the parcel and are able to move it back, which reverts the state of the parcel

Maybe I’ll propose something, but I need to think about how this would work a little more.

I shall be making my own proposal regarding this issue.
