In the rule “Initialisation Phase Two” change

After receiving a Machinist’s written Agendas as a result of them Sending a Schematic, the Great Machine must add them to the list of privately tracked Agendas

to

After receiving a Machinist’s valid Schematic, the Great Machine must add the Agendas in it to the list of privately tracked Agendas

The current version of the rule implies, in this place only, that Sending a Schematic causes the sender to have the written Agendas contained within. This interpretation badly skews the allocation, so it’s best to clarify.

i do like the wording change, but i’m not sure what you mean by “badly skews the allocation”?

I mean that I send you a Schematic with some Agendas, so they’re my written agendas, so I can fulfill them later even if they aren’t randomly assigned to me.

I’m not following how this rewording relates to or changes anything about Agenda ownership.

@Kevan: the phrase “After receiving a Machinist’s written Agendas” implies that the Machinist owns those Agendas, which then falls into the “If two or more of a Machinist’s own Agendas have been Fulfilled” phrase.

This Proposal rewords the former so that there’s no implication of ownership through Sending a Schematic.
