Proposal: No Quantum Leaping

Add the following to the end of the rule entitled Gladiators:

If a Proposal contains a provision that targets a specifically named idle Gladiator, then that idle Gladiator is considered to be not idle solely for the purposes of enacting that specific provision.

In the same rule, change the following:

When a Gladiator is de-idled, if they went idle in the same dynasty, their personal gamestate retains the values it had immediately prior to their going Idle, if they are still valid.

to read as follows:

When a Gladiator is de-idled, if they went idle in the same dynasty, their personal gamestate retains the last legally endowed values it had, if they are still valid.

With 4-day turns, I can keep idling and unidling for the rest of the dynasty to evade that foul / frag penalty in perpetuity. Fun for me, annoying for everyone else.
