Proposal: No Silent Scoring

Add the following to the end of the rule Teams and Targets {I}:

Whenever a Participant changes the Triumphs of any Participant they should make an entry to the blog detailing the change and the basis upon which it was made.

I like this, although I was considering a slightly different version – whenever a triumph happens, to edit the dynastic history wiki page to explain how it happened and what the sequence of events leading up to it is.

That said, I think my version shouldn’t be in the ruleset (especially because we don’t want to make the dynastic history gamestate), so probably the best course of action is a) the recommendation to make a blog post, and b) “unofficially” updating the dynastic history in the process.

I’m not grasping the need to update the dynastic history page, even unofficially. Is a blog entry not sufficient for publicly tracking changes?

Just nice, for posterity.

In dynasties like this it is often very hard to reconstruct what happened after the fact, so it is probably better to record it at the time, while we still remember what happened.

Does it need to be “enacts a change” rather than just “change?” “Enact” already has a loaded meaning in the ruleset.
