Proposal: Nomic 101

To the list in “Communities”, add a Community named “School of Witchcraft” with a War of zero, a Culture of 2, an Economy of 2 and a Faction of Neutral.

Make it Friendly towards every Wizard whose Vote on this proposal is FOR.

If the Great Library card is in any Wizard’s hand or attached to any Community, remove it from that place. Then attach the Great Library card to the School of Witchcraft, in the Up state.

“A Wizard’s Vote on a Votable Matter is the last valid voting icon that they have used in any comment on that Votable Matter.”

But yes, the past-tense “was FOR” would count earlier votes, so I’ll change that to a present-tense “is”.
