Uphold redtara’s enactment of Proposal: No Pun Contended, including dice roll.
redtara and Bucky “simultaneously” enacted the proposal. However, the later version of the enactment record’s Bucky’s edits, demonstrating that it followed (and thus overwrote) redtara’s initial enactment.
I’d like someone who has access to the history of edits (database logs maybe?) to see what was recorded first. Without any other evidence, this is really the only way to know for sure whose enactment was first and thus the valid one.
“including dice roll” is ambiguous but plausibly refers to the original roll that shorted me a Citizen and caused redtara to win as a result, rather than either of the fair rolls.

Correction, it means it took place before you noticed the withdrawal vote, although the timestamps indicate that the withdrawal vote was illegally(?) submitted after the proposal closed.

By the way, the timestamps I’d posted seem to be in my local timezone (BST) rather than UTC that the rest of the site uses. All revisions are 1 hour off the stated times.
