As I am not a non-Idle Citizen of BLO, I cannot make a faction-only proposal, however, rule 10 in the BLO ruleset is broken. Here’s a bugfix (mandatory pun not included)

Change Rule 10 to read

Citizens are not known for being in two or more places at once, mainly because Quantum Physics is so dangerous when you have to do it blindfolded. Because of this, each Citizen has a Position, which is recorded in the GNDT. A Citizen’s Position may only be one of the following, “Upside down”, “Across”, “Backwards”, “Inside Out”,  “OMG WAI?!”, or “All over the place”. As a weekly action a Citizen may change their Position, or the position of another Citizen to any valid value other than “All over the place”. Attempting this is 34% Dangerous, but is always successful unless trying to change another Citizen’s Position. If a Citizen breaks three or more bones in the attempt to change eir own Position, that Citizens position is set to the special value “All over the place” and doesn’t have to worry about Quantum Mechanics anymore.
