It does something if missing becomes available.

Save until we can be missing then might be useful. Now it does nothing of any use except bulk up the ruleset.

If you’re going to want it in the ruleset, you might as well do it while it is proposed.

It’s too easy to be back from the “Missing” Status. What if you were kidnapped by a murderer? (In some future rule)

Per Greytyphoon; it’s not clear what “Missing” really signifies, so it doesn’t seem that helpful to say “we don’t know what being missing means yet, but you can definitely get back from it within a few minutes”.

With Kevan’s latest proposal some of you might consider a CoV.
