Each Student may occasionally attempt to relax by making a GNDT comment of “Relax DICE100”. An institutionalized Student may make such Attempts often, but they are Strenuous for em.

In the same rule, change:

Any institutionalized student attempting to relax is no longer institutionalized.

To:

If an institutionalized Student attempts to Relax and eir Sanity is not reduced in consequence of the attempt, that Student is no longer institutionalized.

Add to the Strenuous Activities list:

* Attempting to relax, if the Student attempting it is institutionalized.
