Add the following to the fourth paragraph of Law 1.2, Gostaks:

Any action undertaken by a ‘’‘Gostak’‘’ while e was ‘’‘active’‘’ immediately become invalid once e is ‘’‘idle’‘’ - votes from ‘’‘idle Gostaks’‘’ are not counted and proposals immediately become invalid. Actions rendered invalid in this way can never be re-validated, even if the ‘’‘Gostak’‘’ becomes ‘’‘active’‘’ again.

Sorry, Chronos, but you’re basically active anyway - why not just un-idle yourself?

against  because it applies to game actions taken long before that Gostak went idle (votes on passed proposals, past proposals themselves, giving Bars to other Gostaks etc.)
