NOTICE: weirdness over until midnight

Greth’s script to autoupdate the GNDT is now implemented, assuming that I crontabbed it correctly. The revisions to Movement specified by Aha! attempt no. 2 have been executed.

If wacky things happen at midnight(UTC) it’s my fault.
