An Encrypted Rule has been used.

I have added a wiki page titled “Topical Dynastic Information” and stuck a link in the sidebar. This page describes game mechanics that may be unique to the Dynasty and are important enough to deserve a summary. This is uesful mostly for players joining mid-game, but even those who have been following the game from the beginning could profit from reading the page. I don’t intend that page to be Dynasty specific—perhaps we can leave the old data in the histories—but I think a writeup would be useful for new players.

I’m still working on a Blognomic IRC manual, since some our community is not familiar with IRC, but the wiki page is not complete yet. Also, I have been discussing adding a bot to the channel, which could at the minimum keep the topic open and at most perform some game functions with the proper script. I’d love some feedback on this if you have any.

The rule 2.23.2, ‘Classical Literature’, has changed. The relevant change is this that this line

If the result is 8, e may send a private communication to the Abbot, who will then reveal to him a rule from the secret ruleset.

has become

If the result is even, e may send a private communication to the Abbot, who will then reveal to him a rule from the secret ruleset.

An eight? Out of DICE9? What was I thinking?

I want also to edit the map to take out the B’s that I left in the Catacombs, but I’m going to make a story post later and I’ll do it then.
