In the rule entitled “Workplaces” replace “If every Townsperson has a Workplace, then any Townsperson may call a Day of Observance” with “If a quorum of Townspersons has a Workplace, then any Townsperson may call a Day of Observance”.
If Proposal: Merchants passed, replace “If a Super Quorum of Townspersons have Workplaces” with “If a quorum of Townspersons has a Workplace”.
Kevan - the problem we have at the moment is that an Observances can be held up indefinitely by a single player, be that for tactical reasons or just idling out.
I thought the “if they have had the highest Acumen for 24 hours or more, any Townsperson may change that Townsperson’s Workplace” line covered that - is there some other way it can be blocked?

BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
