Add a new rule called “Hunting”:
As a daily action, a Living Survivor may Go Hunting. To do this, they make a Fitness Test - if the test is Passed, they increase the Food and Water by DICE40. Otherwise, they take damage.
We need food fast.
To clarify: if it wasn’t for the fact you’d messed up the balance in your Mauraudings (by putting far too many thieves in), I’d be voting AGAINST this. As it is, though, we need to fix the balance for a bit (a risky action that can’t be repeated too much due to losing Stamina as a result), and can hopefully repeal this once everything’s back in order.
@Qwaz: it’s a balance issue, Darth accidentally put far too many food-stealing maurauders in, in such a way that a zombie win soon is almost inevitable unless we bring the food&water; back up somehow. (Besides, a military victory would trivially go to arthexis right now, meaning that everyone but him should probably vote FOR this proposal or something similar.)
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
The game has been running since 2003 and resets every month or so. Have a look around the wiki for more information and history. New players are always welcome and can join in the game at any time.
