Proposal: Orchestral Positions and Groups

Add the following to rule 2.1.1

Occasionaly, a Musician who holds an Orchestral Position can change the instrument of any other musician to one within eir own group, provided that musician does not also hold an Orchestral Position.

This would currently allow the Leader to move musicians into the strings group, and the Principal Oboe to move musicians into the woodwinds group.
