To “World Wide Web”, add:-

An AI may not gain World Data if doing so would mean that the amount of World Data they owned was greater than the Data Capacity of their Server Room. An AI may perform the Conspicuous Action named “Trashing X” at any time (where X is a noun).

In “Nosy Researchers”, before the bullet point about Surfing the Web, add a bullet:-

* For each action in the Behavior Log named “Trashing X” (where X is a noun that the Facility Head considers to appear in exactly one piece of World Data owned by the action’s performer), remove that piece of World Data from the action’s performer.
