In Buildings, replace “At the end of each Cycle, each Building gains Progress Amount equal to the triangle number of the number of Citizens who have that Building as their Workplace.” with:-
At the end of each Cycle, each Building gains Progress Amount equal to the triangle number of the number of Citizens who have that Building as their Workplace (unless this increase would be greater than half of the Building’s Progress Requirement, in which case it gains half of its Progress Requirement - rounded down - instead).
Divide all Progress Requirements by 4.
Per Josh’s concerns on Discord that the game is running slow, speeding up the buildings - but capping their progress at 50% per cycle so that they can’t be suddenly completed in a single leap. Committee Hall seems to be the most appealing workplace for players right now, but will take another 17 days to complete on current trajectories, which is a long wait.
