If a Bill Murray with Time Immunity makes an EVC with the name of a single other Bill Murray, that other Bill Murray obtains Time Immunity.
Every Bill Murray who had Time Immunity as this Proposal was enacted has their Happiness increased by 10.
not a rule, and I don’t think anyone has Time Immunity right now so EVCs on this proposal can’t use its effect. In short, does nothing.
It doesn’t have to be a rule to be a proposal, Pavitra.
Also, Darknight is hogging Time Immunity.
Because it doesn’t create a Rule, and thus is really tough to track.
Gamestate affecting proposals that don’t create a rule are bad.
Cheese, however, is still awesome.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
