Insert the following paragraph before the last three bullets of the Auguring action (breaking that bullet list into two):
Promenading is an atomic action with the following steps:
Add a bullet point after the first in the Declaring action:-
* Optionally perform a Promenade (if no other Guardian has done so since the most recent Auguring)
Per comments on Gods, Goats and Guys, making this an optional player action would give players more to do, and some tension about the best time to take a promenade.
