Thank you, all! I’m looking forward to the next dynasty; for the time being, I’m having a look at the last few to get a feel for the game.

Great time to join; we’re starting a new dynasty. Old dynastic rules get wiped and we receive a new theme from new emperor Cuddlebeam.

Once the new dynasty starts, make up a new rule ASAP, and even if it’s half-baked we can all still offer tips and/or bounce off of any interesting concepts! (You can even edit it for two hours after the fact, or until anyone votes.)

What is BlogNomic?

BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.

The game has been running since 2003 and resets every month or so. Have a look around the wiki for more information and history. New players are always welcome and can join in the game at any time.
