Create a Rule named “Free Plane Tickets” that reads:
Whenever a Henchman obtains a Free Plane Ticket, e may change er Location once within the following 48 hours. E may take this action even if e has changed er Location already that week. If e hasn’t changed er Location that week, e may take that Action again.
Could a Henchman perform two full sets of Location Actions, for instance, train again?
You can already train MS and Int in a week, but not either twice (train Int, move, then train MS). Of course, with a plane ticket, you could add another move, and put a piece on the doomsday device, for a plus to all your stats in a single week.
