To the “Acid Barrel” weapon description, add:-
Whenever a Gladiator dies in an Acid Pool, the Gladiator who created that pool using an Acid Barrel gains 1 Frag.
Hello Kitty’s proposal to add the Cup quietly removed this clause, by accident or by design.
so… someone makes a pool, a victim is shoved in. both the person who made the pool and the ‘triggerer’ gain a frag.
Doc - I think that’s better than the current rule. I’ve often hesitated to use my acid barrel because I don’t want other people to gain frags from my action.
[Bucky] Not sure how that got in there, but does it matter? “A Gladiator gains 1 Frag when a rule says they are Awarded a Frag.” is the only effect that’s triggered by the word “award”.
[Doctor29] This was how Acid Pools had worked since their addition to the ruleset - Hello Kitty of Doom just removed it (apparently by accident) when adding something else to the same part of the ruleset. All I’m doing is putting it back.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
