Remove 100 Power from the Oligarch named Purplebeard. Increase the Power of the Despot by 50.
I expect all loyal Oligarchs to vote FOR this proposal.
“Increase the Power of the Despot by 50”? Aren’t we trying to preserve a “the Despot’s Power doesn’t increase” invariant?
Bucky really does he a point. Also purplebeard doesn’t have 100 power.
I’m not sure I see what prevents a negative Power rating. But,

It is not defined as to what value it can be and so the appendix says it is defined as a non-negative interger. Therefore it can’t be negative.

BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
