Replace the final paragraph of “Government” with:-

As a daily communal action which is also an Atomic Action, and which may only be taken on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, a Councillor may call an Election by:

• If a single Party is supported by more Constituencies than every other Party, then updating the Government to be that Party.
• Increasing the Will of all Councillors who are part of the Government Party by 1.
• Posting a blog entry announcing which Party each Constituency Supports, which Party is now in Government, and which Councillors gained Will from this Election.

If a Councillor has 6 or more Will, and more Will than every other Councillor, and is part of the Government Party, then they have achieved victory.
