In Rule “The Crypt of Dracula”, Subrule “Features”,
Add the following on the bulleted list in the subrule
* Each Vampire Lord that has an engraved Sigil in an orthogonally adjacent room to this room gains 1 Puissance.(+3)
because tracking sigils in nearby locations is more work for Josh want to make sure he’s okay with it
I don’t have a problem with it but will be abstaining on the grounds that it primarily affects the vampire economy.
I’m actually unclear whether a Vampire Lord can only gain +1 from this, or up to +4.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
