In “Attacking”, replace “If X is less than the Creatures dexterity no further steps are performed.” with:
If X is less than the Creature’s Dexterity, the 3rd step of this attack is not performed.
Seems odd that being clumsy means that you can survive risky battles without a scratch.
The cost of failing to hit is already so high that I don’t think anyone has attempted to kill a monster they can’t hit. This just makes it an even higher cost.
