In the rule “Drafts and Plans” add a subrule named “Final Drafts” with the following text:

Each Drafter other than the Supervisor has a Status, which is either blank or Final.

If a Drafter has a non-blank Plan Link, and that Drafter has not edited the Draft named in that Plan Link for the past 48 hours, that Drafter may set their Status to Final.

When a Drafter’s Status is Final, the Draft named in their Plan Link may no longer be edited, and Reviews meant for that Drafter may not be created, removed, or replaced.

Add a new rule named “Draft Pick” with the following text:

If a quorum of Drafters have a Status of Final, and a single Drafter has the highest Rating, that Drafter has achieved victory.

A Draft Pick is a Story Post with a title that starts with the text “Draft Pick:” followed by the names of two or more Drafters. A Draft Pick is either Open or Closed, defaulting to Open. If a quorum of Drafters have a Status of Final, and more than one Drafter has the highest Rating, and there is no Open Draft Pick, any Drafter may post a Draft Pick where the title contains all the names of the Drafters with the highest Rating.

A Draft Vote is a comment by a Drafter on a Draft Pick that contains a single instance of the text “Vote for “, followed immediately by the name of one of the Drafters named in the title of that Draft Pick. Any Drafter may make one or more Draft Votes on an Open Draft Pick, but only their most recent Draft Vote on that Draft Pick is considered their current Draft Vote.

If a Draft Pick has been Open for at least 48 hours, the Supervisor may perform Close Draft Pick, which is an atomic action with the following steps:
* Post a comment to that Draft Pick with the text “This Draft Pick is Closed”
* Count the number of times each Drafter has been named among the current Draft Votes
* If a single Drafter has the highest count of being named among the current Draft Votes, select that Drafter as the Picked Drafter
* If more than one Drafter has the highest count of being named among the current Draft Votes, select one Drafter of the Supervisor’s choice among those Drafters as the Picked Drafter
* Post a comment to that Draft Pick indicating the Drafter who is the Picked Drafter. That Drafter has achieved Victory.

When Close Draft Pick has been performed on a Draft Pick, that Draft Pick is Closed.
