Add the following to Rule 2.4.2 The Newspaper Route, immediately following “An Exploration Corporation must have one non-Drunk member with the Piloting Skill, and one member with the Science Skill.” :

A Medical Corporation must have one member with the Medicine Skill, and one member with the Science Skill.
