Sadly, I do not believe that I can award his request for a promotion. The rule Corporations specifies that all Corporations are subrules to it; the names of the corporations themselves are not specified except as titles to those subrules. The glossary lists subrules as a type of rule, and the appendix rule Names species that rule titles are all flavour text. Thus the name of the corporation must be considered a meaningless string of letters, rather than having the property “Meritous” required by the rule Team Victory.

On those grounds this request for promotion is denied.
